Seems to be of decent quality

Seems to be ok. I have tried it on, but have not used it in the water yet. One thing I will say as I was pulling it on, the fabric near the calf stretched a little while I was pulling. It made a tearing sound and there are stretch marks in the fabric where I was pulling. I would suggest you be very careful when fighting to get it on. I did learn from a friend that if you put plastic grocery bags on your feet when you slide them through the foot holes it will go on much easier. I tried this and it worked.
