I work for a small public agency and have been using CritiCall for over a year. It has been a great help, not only with employee scheduling, but also with call center quality. It also has a great customer service department that works with us on every issue. There is not much to dislike about the software, it has been great for us for so many years now. It has been a great help with scheduling! This software is so easy to use and very beneficial for small agencies like ours! We use it to schedule employees and to track call center quality. It has also been a great tool for our dispatchers, so they can easily see how each employee is doing. A great way to get calls from your agency answered by other agencies. No more being blocked out or not getting answers in a timely manner when you really need them. It would be nice if it was easier to make changes to the system and it's hard to keep up with all of the new features they are constantly adding. There is a lot of information available and I am able to learn a lot about my customers business needs just by playing around with the different options.
