Excellent Call Center Management Software

I work for a small public agency and have been using CritiCall for over a year. It has been a great help, not only with employee scheduling, but also with call center quality. It also has a great customer service department that works with us on every issue. There is not much to dislike about the software, it has been great for us for so many years now. Great Solution For Call Recording: CritiCall

I love the ability to record conversations. I can easily listen back to past calls or use it to record a call with a customer. I don't like that I can't use the system from my cell phone. I wish I could use it from my cell phone. It would be great to have a app for my phone. I would like to be able to record calls from my cell phone. This would allow me to record calls from my cell phone. I would also like to be able to access the system from my cell phone. I can't do that with the system I'm…
