This little gem, and a gem it is. Impractical but gem nonetheless, was very helpful. It contains everything I need for my runs. It is definitely very useful and stylish in design. I want to give it all the credit it deserves because it's used almost all the time and I love it. However, the belt rubs. On my first run, it rubbed against my skin. I had to first cut out the sock to put on my arm and then slip it over the sock. So it works great "if" you change the way you wear it. Long sleeves are fine, but the image advertised does not suggest sleeves. No complaints about her specifically because it seems to be a recurring theme with all items tied to the hand. The edges are too rough. I wish they had lengthened the straps so there would be softer material around the edges. Also note that I'm not using this with wired headphones, so I can't comment on how it works with the wire sticking out. Necessary mod and blood shed aside, this is a great little gem :)
