I love how easy it was to set up my account, as well as their customer service when setting things up or troubleshooting any issues we were having with our platform. The reporting side of this software can be hard to understand sometimes if you aren't familiar with data analytics - but once you get your head around some basic terminology (such as "reach"), then it's not too difficult at all! They have helped us track down many problems over time which has been very useful in terms of understanding what works/what doesn't work so far into campaigns. We've also managed to improve ad spend significantly in only 4 months using this tool.
