I like that the apptio platform is very flexible, has a lot of customizability, and provides a lot of value to our organization. We've been able to leverage their support team to add in-app integrations with other platforms we use at work. It's also easy to configure dashboards and reports to get the data you need. I like how it tracks my hours worked/not - no more having to use an excel spreadsheet! The interface can be very slow at times when adding new dates or tasks which causes some lag in its responsiveness but that's not something we've had issues with since switching over from our old system (Mint).
