I like that it's very easy for me as well my clients or coworkers can use this app without any training, which makes our communication even more efficient! The notifications are great too, they're constantly reminding us about new tasks we have coming up so its always nice having something at hand when you need one of those reminders right away!! Like any other business, there are certain things that I dislike about my moodz experience. 1) The interface has been updated so many times that it's nearly impossible for me to navigate around without taking my mouse off of the computer screen. 2) Sometimes the AI doesn't understand what I'm trying to say. 3) It's hard to find new features/apps when you're stuck with the same old ones over and over again. But most importantly, the fact that I can get help 24/7 from my trusty moodz is amazing…

I love that it allows me time management, which has been one of my biggest challenges at work! It also helps keep track for when clients call or email so you don't forget important details about them because they were last seen online with another client/matter etc.. The only thing i dislike sometimes are minor errors here & there but there isn;t much wrong if anything really as far goes customer service this app doesn’s have any faults whatsoever!!
