The ability to see how many people are searching for a specific product or service versus what they actually buy, which helps us make decisions about our marketing campaigns. I wish it was possible to create custom reports instead of having to manually enter each metric as we need them. It's also not clear why certain metrics aren't included in some report types (e.g., number of impressions). We're able to use this tool to determine where to spend money in order to get more traffic from potential customers.
