My product came without a serial number. I can’t register the product and razer support is not helpful so far because they ask for mor a serial number to create a case. Make sure you check your box for a serial number before installing. Will save you the 2-3 hours I spent taking my fan out to replace this one and set up my computer only for it not to be able to be registered. Fan works fine as I can tell but I can’t access any of the rgbs or speed due to no S/N!Update: apparently there are no serial numbers for this product. I still don’t know how to connect it to synapse but your motherboard must have a ****3pin a-rgb**** are to match your case/mb lights
