Either the item is defective or the printer itself is defective. I installed this new waste toner bottle and am already getting the error WT BOX END SOON, which means the printer will not let me print soon. money down the drain. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT from Technology Galaxy They will hide behind their 30 day return policy and tell you to kick rocks. This product should have lasted 50,000 pages. It didn't even last 10 pages. I don't use my printer every day, or even every week. Blocking the return of obviously faulty goods within 30 days is an open fraud.
