The team was very responsive throughout the process from start to finish! They were able to do what they said would be done when it needed doing. Very professional service provider with great attention to detail but also being upfront about potential risks or issues that could arise during implementation/ rollout phases etc - this helped mitigate any risk at all for us as an organisation (and saved alot more time than I expected). Great communication style both internally within their own office & externally via email / phone calls too which always helps ease my mind knowing you're not alone if things go wrong :) Really happy working together so far!!
