While I love my new Tesla 3, I miss the coin pocket and console storage inserts that my old car had. This tray definitely helps. I bought a separate coin organizer to put nickels, dimes and quarters in and then put the pennies in the small coin compartments. There are also 2 separate compartments that are just the right size to store a few essential items that I need to reach frequently and quickly (like a garage door opener). Also, the console storage itself is pretty deep and also includes an SSD for the dashcam and sentry mode. I love that this organizer blocks access to the rest of the bay when the door is open. I mean it won't fool anyone who knows what they're looking for, but still. And the last thing I like about it, I have an Otter case on my phone, so it's too thick to fit in the slot on the phone tray. That's why my cell phone often slips from the rail into the lower storage compartment even when the storage compartment lid is closed, because there is a fairly wide gap between the cell phone projection and the storage compartment lid. This seems to fix that problem by closing the gap so the cellphone no longer falls into the hole. In general, I'm a fan.
