Definitely the best budget cooler. Supports all sockets and copes with the load perfectly even when overclocking the processor. Got pros: - price - support for AM4, which is currently a rarity in the budget segment - handles well overclocked Ryzen 5 1600X (39 multiplier, 35 degrees idle, 70 under load) - fit perfectly into the mini-ITX biostar board and the COUGAR QBX case, although it seems like it shouldn't =) Got cons: - after all, it is noticeably noisy even when idle (I have a block on the table, and this cooler is the noisiest element of the system unit) - there is no separate copper contact pad, as in expensive coolers (i. E. copper tubes are inserted into the aluminum pad and directly contact the processor. After several removals / installations, the contact surface becomes uneven due to the movement of heat pipes)
