Holy Cow! (Or should I say goat?) I've had terrible eczema on my hands for two years now. Nothing helped. I've tried manuka honey creams, shea butter, most expensive moisturizers, spread oils and heavy creams, went to bed with gloves, unscented soap, no soap, paraffin wax. You name it, I've tried. Nothing was as good as this soap. I've only been using it to wash my hands for a week and my hands are no longer dry and itchy. I no longer have breakouts. Not only that, they are soft too! And I no longer have to wear heavy, irritating creams at night. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
