I've ordered 2 of these bad guys but unfortunately a bad batch receive. I only needed one but I ordered two just in case I needed a backup. But both gave me short circuit error codes for a month. And I definitely used a new surge protector. I have already asked for a replacement and 1 of them arrived today. (Replacement mistakenly requested separately) During work. After I have returned the defective items and received a second replacement, I will update you all on my overall experience. UPDATE 1: After requesting a replacement, the product was sent back to me instead. I didn't ask for it. However, the ballast change works.
