Review on Customer.io by Tone Hatton

The ability of creating campaigns from scratch as well as importing our own content (like text files) makes it easy to create engaging email experiences that are personalized with my customers' data without having any code or development skills required! I cannot say enough good things about this product - we've used so many different tools in our 20 years building software companies but customer io has been by far one of our best decisions yet!! It's not perfect though- sometimes if you send multiple events within minutes they can get mixed up which results in some oddities like double charges etc? Also adding custom fields took us quite awhile before support figured out how do make them editable through API call instead via web interface.
