Works very well and costs a lot less than big brands! Easy to balance/tune after watching a YouTube video on how to do it. Basically it tells you how many counterweights you need to horizontally balance the camera and the weights. Then move the weights away from the camera as far as necessary so that the swing slows down/softens when you release it. Then make small adjustments to the sides and front/back. My test footage was AMAZING compared to handheld footage. Of course, the only downside to these cheap knockoffs is that their build/quality control is probably not up to par, meaning your camera can rotate a little even if perfectly balanced. Mine, for example, sometimes pans slowly randomly even though it's balanced, and I stand still. The workaround, of course, is to just keep your finger on it so it doesn't rotate at all. The reason for this is that the handle/frame is probably not 100% accurate centered.
