Comes with everything you need, I watched a few videos on how to sew, try on etc. In the end I decided to take the wheel off and really try my best to make it perfect . I'm glad I did. Really nice leather, it's high quality, feels nice and I'm sure it will age well. Others say they install it in 2.5 hours lol. It took me about 6 hours, but I wanted to get the best result here as well. I didn't use tape: constantly adjusting and adjusting the position of the skin so the threads are centered and all the details are aligned. They send two sets of needles and thread, I used both at the same time when making the hands of the center piece. (plastic parts). That way I didn't pull the skin to one side and tightened both sides evenly. Another thing is that you can actually tug on the thread/rig to get a good fit: the threads haven't snapped and the holes haven't broken, again that impressed me. with high quality and precise fit. My initial goal was to find a shop that would do this for me, after all I'm glad I tried it myself. There are some bugs (because of me) and I've definitely learned the technique over time lol. Was a great way to do some conference calls on a lazy Friday.
