Outstanding candles. I use blocks to connect my ham radio to my car battery. I have a 500 watt amp that draws a lot of power. I soldered the connectors to a #4 AWG welding wire that I also purchased from Revain. The best way to attach connectors is by soldering with a propane torch. I put flux on the wire and flux in the terminals. The ears were held upright with a vise. I heated the tips on the outside and melted about 1/4 inch of solder on the bottom. Holding the torch by the tip, I inserted the stripped wire into the tip, then quickly removed the heat. No need to tin wire. Of course, you'll need to strip enough insulation from the wire. I put several layers of shrink tubing on the wire and the back of the ferrule to relieve tension.
