I would like to update my last review. The pans we received were without instructions. We received another pot with instructions and it works great. Here are some tidbits. Of course, when you receive the pan for the first time, wash it. Place on the stove over low-medium heat, add a little vegetable oil and wipe the bottom and sides with a paper towel. The pan absorbs the oil. Continue adding and rubbing in the oil until it is no longer absorbed. Turn off fire and let cool. Wipe off excess oil with a paper towel. Once you've done this, it works like a non-stick pan. Repeat this process regularly or use the oil in cooking from time to time. You will love these pans!
