I'm not usually a fan of screen protectors - PaperLike changed my mind

So I'm usually not a fan of screen protectors - I always thought they negatively impact screen response and clarity - and worry rise with bubbles: pah! Well, PaperLike has changed my mind. I got it primarily to improve the user experience with the Apple Pencil - and in that respect it lives up to the hype: it improves the writing process enormously. But that's what I expected based on all the hype around the internet. What I didn't expect was the ease of installation and (IMHO) improved clarity (in a way I wasn't expecting). Installation was very easy. I was very nervous as I have never been able to apply screen protectors without air bubbles, dust or other issues. The included video instructions and "tools" really helped make installation a breeze. Despite my steam room installation and all my attempts to avoid dust, I ended up getting two tiny grains of dust: but they're barely noticeable and I'll live with that. If I have to replace the screen protector with the second one that came with it, I'll be even more careful to check for dust particles. The real surprise for me was how much I like the matte finish of the screen: it really offers a comfortable viewing experience by reducing glare. PaperLike also seems to resist fingerprints very well, which helps improve screen viewing. If there's a loss in brightness or clarity, it's more than made up for by the improvement in glare and reduction in fingerprints. Overall I'm very satisfied - it's better than I expected.
