Who would have thought that I would need these eye-catching scissors in my cooking arsenal? All the herbs were the same shape and size! They have been used many times for cilantro/parsley/dill and were very easy to use. The scissors only cut a small amount of leaves and very thin stems. After you've made your cuts, be sure to remove any greens that have accumulated in the scissors before cutting other herbs. When the task is done, shake off any remaining pieces and carefully remove any large pieces. The scissors are very sharp. A scissor comb is ideal for removing any remaining herbs. After that I washed the scissors and comb with some hot soapy water, dried with a towel and left to air dry until completely dry. You will also want to take care of such a cute pair of scissors.
