At first the board beeped because my 10th gen processor was not recognized. I had to install a new BIOS chip to recognize the i9-10900x. After installing the BIOS chip, it showed error C, which was the processor. After many different tech support people, calls, photos and wasted time, I was told to return the board. Followed procedures and was told a replacement would be sent. Another week later and no response from EVGA, logged into the ticket and found that the RMA had been denied due to bad CPU contacts. I called them again to reach a customer representative who said it was not a guarantee and would have to ship it back to me. After explaining that I do this for work and I'm not some guy on the street playing with a $700 CPU, I was told there was nothing they could do because it was basically my fault. I bought this board because it was $149 and I've learned my lesson. Cheap isn't better. I'm sorry EVGA, you let me down.
