Update: I tried to contact the manufacturer on the phone number provided by Revain and the person who answered the call said it was not the same Premier Gear unit and Revain has them wrong information. So I contacted Revain and they issued a return/refund. Based on the good reviews I ordered this starter but it was not a good experience for me. I have decided to order a DB Electrical SFD0041 starter now which I bought 5 years ago the last time I needed to replace a starter. I hope I live 5 years. It worked great for 2 weeks and then died. I will contact the manufacturer tomorrow to see if they send a replacement. After that I will update my review. Unfortunately, my son's car no longer works.
