It is very comfortable and easy to carry. It's light enough to be worn under clothing. The size is pretty accurate. If you are unsure or there is a slight difference between sizes I would go for the smaller size as it stretches quite well and the velcro keeps it in place. It does slip a little at times, so make sure to tighten the outer straps after it's exactly where you want it. It has given me a lot of support and helped relieve my SI joint pain.
