We use bautomate to automate and digitize processes. It’s a cloud-based SaaS solution. We're happy with how far we've come with automation. But I still think that there's a lot of room for improvement in terms of adoption. Some of the tools we use (like Zapier) are really powerful and allow us to automate tasks without having to write any code. However, we don't use them nearly enough. A common example is Salesforce. We could set up automations to send an email when a new lead is created, but we only use them about 1/3 of the time. This means that if we ever want to send out a mass email, we'll have to manually do it. Our main challenge was how to connect the tool to our other systems. As soon as we connected our CRM to Zapier, our sales people got upset because we weren't using it correctly. We solved that problem by connecting Zapier to Bautomate and having it automatically update our CRM with leads that get sent to us from Zapier. That way, we have all the data that we need without worrying about how to integrate it into our system.
