Easy to use, fast loading of data from other systems like Tripit. The system works very well in our country with its simplicity, but it's not so easy if you work abroad (or just have another language). It would be great if they could add an option where you can create your own fields or custom reports that are easier than using existing ones. We were able to quickly set up new hotels and tours. In addition we saved time by being able to access those information without opening several websites each day and saving them as favorites.
