Losing Rubber O-Rings -- Be careful when removing the battery, as the rubber O-rings that make it waterproof will snap off and fly off. O-rings hold the end cap in place and if you lose them you cannot salvage the end cap. Nor are they listed as part of the manual. Reported the problem to customer service and they tried to send new o-rings. When it took a long time, they replaced the entire product. Amazing customer service. Committed to customer satisfaction.
