I was looking for something to replace parchment paper and it was a cheaper alternative compared to other brands. I've decided, hey, for the price of about 2 boxes of parchment paper, I'll give it a try. I recently made a few batches of pork in a flavorful cheddar cheese topping and when I used aluminum foil earlier my toppings tore and the cheese stuck to the foil, but when I used a reusable pad it came out with no effort . The best at all! It seemed to me that I lubricated it too much, but it did nothing. The funny thing is that the product packaging says you shouldn't fold the liner, but it comes folded in the box. Other than that, everything worked as advertised and I didn't have any weird aftertaste or anything like that. The color of the liner is brown, so there are practically no stains on it after cooking. Cleaning consisted of rubbing some soap with a sponge, rinsing and drying for next use. Enjoy.
