I like that it can be used for multiple purposes such as customer service/inquiries etc but also has great features in terms of searching through previous emails sent by our team members (so we don't have duplicate messages).
We use this mostly internally so there isn’t much interaction from users at all however if you do need help then they are really helpful via their support channels! Nothing major - just some minor issues when first using where things didn;' t work straight away e g clicking into an email was slow sometimes & not always being able open files within folders easily without having double click them again after opening another folder / file.
