Pry the backing of the plastic around the corner to reveal one corner, then repeat the same with the adjacent short edge. Once the two corners are free, the bristles will lift up and you can insert them into your old head in the same way. If you have trouble, soak the whole thing in a bucket of hot water for a few minutes to soften the plastic.
