I do like this juicer. It makes perfect juice and almond milk every time. I also like that you can choose exactly how much pulp you want. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that it tends to get clogged when ejecting the fiber from the unit, especially celery. And a lot of it gets clogged under the auger, which is why I believe it is designed the way it is actually, but it still is odd. I think another improvement would be to match the juice spout and slope the fiber chute downward so the fibrous material comes out easier. It's a pretty hefty price tag for a juicer as well, but I will say that I had to call the customer service line due to an ID10T error (me!) and the support was amazing! Other than that, this is a stylish, compact and powerful (and quiet!) little unit!
