I bought this unit in May 2018. I started to get problem since January. Reached customer service to resolve issue. Erica from customer service sends message that support would like to show how to use this unit. I used from May 2018 and December 2018, I was able to use the unit without a problem, suddenly, I forgot how to use the unit. Repeated request to talk to talk to a supervisor has fell on deaf ears. Don't buy, it breaks and no support. Spend your money somewhere else.

I figured for $600-$700 bucks I'd get quality. It's a beautiful machine - it can fool you. Mine became a paperweight after a year (Model H-AI, not this). You can't use it with beets - even if you cut them into quarters, they're too hard - they bent the screen! It's slow, it's very hard to clean, and way, way overpriced. This Juicer is fantastic. We had a 10 year old Hurom and upgraded to this new model. Fantastic for Celery Juicing! Can make 32 Oz without cleaning, then go on to make a Kale, Spinach, Apple Carrot drink without pausing! Juice is delicious and absolutely no pulp. Worth every penny!

This juicer is easy to use. The directions are so so but not too hard to figure out how to add the top. My issue is that it seems impossible to clean there seems to be a residue from my daily celery juicing that I cannot seem to clear off.

I purchased this juicer and it does make nice juice. Lots of parts to store and doesn't make good frozen soft serve as indicated in manual. Wanted to return it and they told me after multiple emails they have a 15 day return policy. I am not sure if buying through amazon is different as I purchased directly through Hurom. Be advised of the rigid return policy. Huge disappointment.

I do like this juicer. It makes perfect juice and almond milk every time. I also like that you can choose exactly how much pulp you want. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that it tends to get clogged when ejecting the fiber from the unit, especially celery. And a lot of it gets clogged under the auger, which is why I believe it is designed the way it is actually, but it still is odd. Used primarily for juicing celery. The juice produced is good, but it is not as efficient as it should be. It leaves some plant parts unjuiced and it is overall difficult to clean. . The engine itself is steady, but the other parts stain very quickly and contunue to build up mineral deposits that don't come off. The parts generally don't hold up as well as they should for the price. A couple of the rubber flappers that move the juice started to come off after only a few months of use.

My wife is super happy with this juicer. It made delicious and healthy cold press juices and it is extremely easy to clean.

Works like a charm. The best cold pressed juicer I have yet to use. I have a breville juicer that I had been using for years and needed a upgrade. Oh super plus is that it is extremely quiet

It is a very gentlemen Juicer, quieter and slower than my first Hurom juicer that I bought it 9 years ago . And I tried several different brand juicers, finally, I chose this one. However, if manufacturer resolves the problem that I post the pictures above, this juicer for me will be perfect.

Much angst went into the decision to buy this pricey juicer, but I've used it everyday since it arrived. It is very versatile and exceptionally easy to clean for a juicer. They are not kidding when they say the pulp comes out bone dry. It gets every bit of juice out of anything. The citrus attachment is great too.

Great juicer but it is time-consuming --8 medium sized oranges makes only three small glasses (about 20 ounces) -- the time it takes to peel, cut and prepare the fruit for a crowd isn't worth it.
