I bought this unit in May 2018. I started to get problem since January. Reached customer service to resolve issue. Erica from customer service sends message that support would like to show how to use this unit. I used from May 2018 and December 2018, I was able to use the unit without a problem, suddenly, I forgot how to use the unit. Repeated request to talk to talk to a supervisor has fell on deaf ears. Don't buy, it breaks and no support. Spend your money somewhere else.
- I had an older model.This one is great. Works amazing.
- May produce too much pulp for those who prefer smoother juices
