I'll start by mentioning the damaged packaging that the projector came in. Although slightly dented, there was no cosmetic damage to the projector itself. . As soon as I plugged it in, it turned on immediately without hitting the power button, which leads me to believe I received a used product. I kept playing with it and the cat and I were fascinated by all these beautiful lights and green dots "stars". The deeper you aim the light into the room, the wider it becomes. The sound quality of 19 White Noise isn't great, but I like the sound of crickets so this is my favorite. The Bluetooth connection worked immediately. Again, the sound quality isn't the best and it's not very loud, but it's a small light projector for kids, so we shouldn't expect a premium experience. I'm giving it 4 stars because I think there is some internal damage that is causing the USB connector to wobble a bit. It turned off a few times when I moved the egg around the room, and I had to squeeze the power cord pretty hard to turn it back on. Of course if I reuse it I'll leave it in place, but that shouldn't be a problem if I want to move it around to find a good projection point. I don't think this is a defect, I suspect it could have been damage from shaking and bumping the box or from mishandling by someone who had it before me. Although I'm not entirely sure. I still like it a lot and give it a thumbs up.
