When my boy was about a week old he had a lot of heartburn which caused all sorts of problems like choking on mucus and vomiting. I bought it on a whim after delivery, thinking I should have one of everything, just in case. A few days after I returned home early in the morning, my child found it very difficult to breathe and woke up screaming in panic. I remembered buying this and trying it out. Immediately, and that's no nonsense, after giving several full injections, he was able to breathe and the panic went away. Ever since then I've been giving him some mixed with prune juice every morning :) and when breast milk gets too thick and/or he has too much mucus I give him more. It's also great to just mix with water for a flavoring and soothing quality on coughs and dry air. My child has quite a cold but if you have bloating and the like this works. Showed it to my doctor who had no idea about the product and he said I was fine all natural without any ingredients.
