Initially my kitten was scared of it and it’s a little big for a kitten to push around, but I’m sure it would be perfect for an older kitten/ full grown cat. However, my older cat has no interest tho, but he’s a persnickety sort so I didn’t expect him to like it. After some training sessions, showining my kitten how to knock it over it keeps her busy until the last of her food is knocked out. It’s a little louder than expected so I don’t use it for early morning or late night feedings since we are in an apartment that isn’t very sound proof. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend it to other cat owners. Meow!
