, I've been having trouble programming this device since it arrived, but I finally figured it out. I have followed all of the seller's instructions. Then the volume buttons stopped working just a day after Revain's 30-day warranty expired. Well, as luck would have it, the device was evaluated by a very capable technician from Frontier Communications (former Verizon Fios technician) and he concluded that the problem was a defective remote control. This also happened, as it should, almost exactly one day after the refund expired. My opinion is do not buy. If you need one, it is best to contact a Frontier Communications representative. Not only can they provide a remote that works, but they will offer one at a SIGNIFICANTLY lower price than this seller.
