Be careful with this nostalgia

Such a cute concept! We love Eric Karl and all the illustrations make me really nostalgic because his books were some of my favorites as a kid! Cookies bright and beautiful, like books! I have to be honest I didn't read the full description and really thought the scenes would be addicting too! I understand that magnets hold the scenes in place, so it's not really necessary, but I'd love for them to be magnetic too! The magnets are on the sheet you pull them out of; I pulled them all out and then using the rest, cut out a thin frame that held all the magnets. The result wasn't exactly consistent (although it helped), so it would have been nice if the producers made a perforated frame that could do the trick if they didn't want to make the scenes flashy. The scenes and magnets are pretty flimsy so I would be nervous leaving my 2 year old daughter alone with this for fear she would rip it apart (I know it says 3+ right on it but I felt like that others might like it). knows). I like that the case itself can be used as a platform for backstage and magnets. I have an almost 4 year old and just turned 2 and it would be so nice if the manufacturers made it so that the tin it comes in didn't hinge open but instead became two separate backstages -Take apart platforms for every little one could go! On the other hand, since these magnets are thin, they're great for the fridge as I'm not worried about them scratching my stainless steel! **I have included photos of all the magnets that came with the set**
