Review on 12' X 16' Hardtop Gazebo: Galvanized Steel Outdoor Canopy With Double Roof, Aluminum Frame & Netting/Curtains For Garden, Patio, Lawns & Parties by Patrick Mccall

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Impressive well engineered gazebo!

Came in 6 boxes and 3 deliveries. Instructions and parts were mainly in box 4. keep parts in boxes as much as possible. Lay out the packet of fasteners and be very carrful tonuse the right fastener in right spots. Two man job for sure. Some things just need two sets of hands and or eyes. Roof panels are tricky- but will line up. We kept all the screws just tight enough that all pieces and parts could still move a little bit. In hindsight it made lining up roof panels and things easier. After we finisbed the bulk of assembly we just went back and tightened all the screws. The roof panels we tightened right away due to difficulty and once those were secured the rest waa just tightening. It took us 5-6 hours a day over two days. And then a few hours just hanging curtains and netting and anchoring to the concrete. (Screws for that are included!).Gang- this is a well made and well designed gazebo. Impressive to see in person (12x16).As others have stated netting and curtains will blow freely on a windy day. Not sure how to manage thay yet.Highly recommend this unit.Side note- after a good rain the natural gutter system leaks at the beam seams (center of all 4 beams) and it looks like a design flaw- maybe some flexseal in there will stop it.
