I've only been buying ASUS mainboards for about 15 years. This is the first time I've really had problems with it. Install a Ryzen 7 2700 processor and QVL memory. The ERSTE board failed to update the BIOS over the internet and then reported a black screen and beeps for graphics card errors. Apparently, the fail-safe BIOS could not be restarted without integrated graphics from the processor. The SECOND board ran on the BIOS configuration screen for about 30 seconds and then in the dark. The LEDs are on, but there is no message (no sound at all). I replaced with ASUS PRIME B450M-A/CSM. Which performed flawlessly, like every other ASUS board I've had. BTW, the PRIME board came with the latest BIOS version already installed, unlike the TUF gaming board that came with the first BIOS version. That's probably why I didn't have any problems with it. I'm really not interested in end user testing of the product.
