Works well. but look at the distortion:

For the average user this will probably work. This eliminated the ground loop problem I had from the TV to the stereo amp. Low frequency response is quieter and distortion is fairly high below 200Hz, much flatter from 1kHz to 20kHz. I measured the graphics on HP 8903B Audio. analyzer. Overall I like the product and it didn't introduce noise in 8k+ so I would recommend it. You really can't beat what it gives you for the price. Edit: I forgot to mention that it's also 180° out of phase. See photos of the oscilloscope.
