This is probably the most delicious workout drink I've ever had. I've tried many intras that tried too hard on the flavor and ended up with an overdone flavor. This is the only Aminolast flavor I've tried, but there are others that I suspect are good too. It gives you a little boost throughout your workout despite not containing any stimulants. I don't tolerate stimulants well because I work out in the evenings. When I use caffeinated products at the end of the day, I usually can't sleep. I love that this product contains no artificial colors. I've tried many intras that were bright red or blue and to be honest that's a bit concerning. I use this product because I'm trying to improve my health and well-being. Why would I drink a bunch of dye? This drink is pale yellow in color and is normal. Goes well with the taste of lemon ice cream. I drink this to stay hydrated during strenuous CrossFit workouts. Every time I'm ready to lift a little harder or start a new round, I take a sip and get an extra boost. I noticed that this product also contains magnesium, which I believe aids in muscle recovery. I think these guys did a good job on this product. I like it a lot, especially during summer training without air conditioning.
