I've never seen worse! Horrible purchase.
I rode for 11 days, no one knows where, the delivery service said every day "we will deliver tomorrow", in support they said "we will find it within 2 days" - in the end I had to refuse. This is some kind of nonsense, in the 21st century to observe such a service.
