We bought these for a black controller we just bought that didn't have a back panel. However, the photos show that it does not match the black controller. However, the white camouflage, white and blue controllers matched perfectly. I read online that the only way to fix this problem is to return the controller to the Xbox. If I find the receipt, I just take it to Walmart and return it. The holes on our black controller are positioned differently than the other three, so the backend doesn't work. But it fits easily with three other controllers. The problem is with Xbox and how they designed this black controller so I'm giving it five stars because it has worked well for others. I keep them just in case.
