So I bought this device in December 2019. And for the most part I liked it. I noticed that the fireplace heating mode made more and more noise which I learned to deal with because it was nice to look at. Almost burned out today! The plug in the extension cord has completely burned out. A very scary experience. And smelly. (Thank goodness) as it's too late to return it will be on the sidelines for tomorrow's landfill. Very disappointed. Users should be very careful with this! That should of course happen when the cold comes =(
