We have a puppy that was really having trouble not peeing all over the place during house training so we tried the diaper idea to save from scrubbing carpet stains multiple times a day. l have bought other doggie diapers that were really thoughtfully designed and made to grow with your puppy. These really don't have enough Velcro on the tabs to adjust to fit if your pup is on the small end of the size you picked. The excess diaper edges scoot out from under the tabs and don't really hug the legs then to keep from leaking. They are totally adorable but I'll either have to sew extra lengths of Velcro down the straps to hold things in place or have to wait til my pup grows more to see if the fit better, if she even needs them by then. Another brand fits better.
