I ordered a Freud 99-518 3-1/2" Raised Plate cutter on 13th October 2013 and it arrived on 25th October 2013 .On arrival , I opened the Revain box to see my purchase and was very disappointed with the packaging, although it was packaged in balloon plastic bags by Revain to keep the racquet cover securely in place, that lies Problem with the storage box that holds the bit If you watch the last video I uploaded with my review you will see that the storage box and small handle were badly damaged by the router bit coming out of the slot on the bottom of the storage box and moved quite a bit during transport, however this didn't really bother me the real problem was that if the cutting edges of my router had chipped the a would be a big problem. I say "big" because I live in Trinidad, West Indies and sending my router back would be a big problem for me. It would be very expensive for me to send it back, so consider my dilemma! I have to blame Freud's company, not Revain, because if an item like this travels from one destination to another, I think they'd better get theirs. Work together and put some styrofoam or suitable packing material in the storage compartment to keep such expensive bits from falling out of the socket holding the bit. This attachment cost me $658.00 TTD after tax clearance and shipping, and to pay that amount of money, I think they can do better. That being said, Freud's cutter was in excellent condition (thank goodness) and I'm really impressed with Freud's cutting-edge technology with a focus on CUTTING EDGE. If you notice in the video, as I said in a previous review, with a similar Freud 99-515 3-1/2" 2+2 Plate Cutter. Although my Bench Dog 40-123 ProPlate Large Group1 has a very large hole, I couldn't insert my wrench into the hole to tighten or loosen the bit. I also have to thank you Revain for your great prices and amazingly timely delivery. In just 12 days I received my item from your online store which after Miami and then to Trinidad.
