I am a part-time delivery man and constantly need a phone to confirm that I am taking photos. I use this bandage to help me with that. The band is small enough to fit in the phone holder in my car and easily attaches and detaches from the band. I wanted a headband that can rotate to view the screen and it does the job perfectly. A small issue I had is that it does not sit flush in the car phone mount due to the grip on the back of the rubber cover, but that is due to the setup of my phone mount and not this product. If you're active and need something to keep your phone with you and need the flexibility to swivel, this product is great. It does not affect any functionality of the phone. I have an iPhone 7s and it fits perfectly. A rubber case can give you extra protection in the event of a fall, but I don't recommend testing it.
