I love how easy it is to send out invoices or create marketing campaigns. I can search by date or client name to see what was sent out in the past month. There are multiple file types available (PDF/XLS/CSV/MS Excel) and there is a way to attach files without uploading them into the database itself. There's a bit of an overlap with cloud storage for things like Microsoft OneDrive, Box, and other services that allow for file uploads, but the ability to be able to browse through old data sets makes this one special from those general options. Great option to help track expenses and sales. We've also been using to track time spent on projects, which has helped track our hours down to the minute and helps to prevent overbilling. It has helped me organize my photos in one place so that I can access them quickly when needed for projects or events! The software allows searching by keywords as well which makes it easy if there are multiple people using this tool at once (i work with several photographers). There aren't any downsides other than being able utilize an online storage site rather then having physical files lying around somewhere else - but i'm sure they will come eventually :) For now its great!!
